Return Policy

Welcome to our return policy page. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to make the return process as easy as possible.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping fees and our standard 15% restocking fee. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact when applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at mwdow@midwestdowel.com or phone at 513-367-5999. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and send a replacement item as soon as possible. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

Non-returnable items

Unless damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Shipping

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

If you received free shipping on your original purchase and are returning the item(s), the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
